Meet Bart Randall
Stafford County is one of the fastest-growing communities in Virginia. Growth brings opportunity, but only if it’s guided by steady, disciplined leadership. That’s where Bart Randall comes in.
For nearly 20 years, Bart has called Garrisonville home. He and his wife, Carolyn, raised their family here, and Bart has dedicated himself not only as a neighbor, but as a servant leader.
Bart’s 24-year career in the U.S. Navy—culminating in his retirement as a Master Chief in the nuclear field—taught him discipline, accountability, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
Since moving to Stafford, Bart has continued that service by:
-
Serving as Vice Chair of the Stafford County Planning Commission (2017–2021)
-
Serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the School Capital Improvement Advisory Committee
-
Serving on the Board of Directors for SERVE Food Pantry
Whether leading sailors at sea, guiding development decisions in Stafford, or supporting families in need, Bart has proven he delivers results—not excuses.
Bart’s Vision for Stafford
Bart is not a career politician. He is a father, veteran, and neighbor who believes Stafford deserves leadership that puts people over partisanship. His vision for our community is rooted in integrity, service, and a deep respect for the values that make Stafford a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
